Electoral Reform Services is the world's leading independent supplier of ballot and election services. Our expertise is recognised by the United Nations and our status as an Independent Scrutineer of voting is authorised by the UK parliament. ERS election and voter registration services are also used by most of the UK's local authorities.

Each year we help about 1000 different organisations hold their own ballot, election, vote, survey or referendum. Some have less than a hundred voters; others have more than a million; but all choose Electoral Reform Services to guarantee the integrity and independence of the ballot or research process.

We work for all kinds of companies, not-for-profit organisations and government bodies. Typical assignments include leadership or board elections, proxy voting, independent scrutiny of an AGM, membership votes, employee representative elections, housing ballots, referenda, election of pension scheme trustees, impartial surveys, board of governors elections, community consultations and independent audience vote verification. We also provide most of the UK's official Electoral Registration Officers and Returning Officers with the specialist supplies and services they need to run parliamentary, local and European elections. These include automated registration services, canvass forms, postal ballot packs, poll cards, ballot papers and eXpress elections software.

Our unique one-stop election and balloting service covers everything you need. We design, print and mail (or e-mail) ballot papers from our own Election Centre, protecting the security of every vote. We offer a choice of postal voting, internet voting, telephone voting and sms voting, available in multiple languages and accessible from anywhere in the world. Our consultants ensure the ballot is smoothly run, with clients receiving expert guidance at every stage of the election process. Finally, we provide our clients with an Independent Scrutineer's Report, ensuring the ballot results are accepted by both winners and losers.
